How Do You Stack A Clambake Pot?
To stack a clambake pot, begin with a layer of rockweed or seaweed at the bottom of the pot. Place a layer of seafood, such as lobsters, clams, mussels, and shrimp, on top of the rockweed. Add a layer of chopped onions, potatoes, and corn on top of the seafood. Repeat the layers until the pot is full, ending with a layer of rockweed. Cover the pot tightly with a lid and cook over an open fire or stovetop until the seafood is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
