Will A Pork Loin Shred?
A pork loin can be shredded, but it requires a longer cooking time and higher heat than other cuts of pork such as shoulder or butt. To get a tender and easily shredded pork loin, it is recommended to cook it for several hours in a slow cooker or braising it in the oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Once fully cooked, the pork loin can be shredded using two forks or a stand mixer.
