Can You Unshrink Viscose?
Unfortunately, it’s almost impossible to unshrink viscose or any other type of fabric once it has been shrunk. When viscose fibers are exposed to heat or water, they tend to shrink in size, causing the fabric to become tighter and smaller. However, if the garment has only shrunk slightly, you can try to stretch it gently while it is still damp, reshape it, and let it dry flat. But for severe shrinkage, it’s best to accept that the garment has become too small and look for ways to repurpose or recycle it.
