Is It Possible To Walk 100 Miles A Day?
It is highly unlikely for a person to walk 100 miles a day on a consistent basis. Walking such an enormous distance requires exceptional physical fitness, stamina and endurance, which few people possess. In addition, it’s also nearly impossible to maintain such an intense level of activity considering the need for rest, hydration, and food. Even if someone were to succeed in walking 100 miles in a day, it would put an immense amount of strain on their body and could lead to serious health complications.
