How Do You Roll Enchiladas?
To roll enchiladas, first fill a tortilla with your desired filling, such as meat or beans. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go. Place the rolled enchilada seam-side down in a baking dish. Repeat the process until all of your tortillas are filled and rolled.
