How Do You Roast Habanero Peppers?
To roast habanero peppers, first preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse and dry the peppers, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, turning them over halfway through, until the skin is charred and blistered. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, you can peel the skin off the peppers and use them in recipes. Be sure to wear gloves and handle the peppers carefully as they are very spicy.
