What Do Antipasto People Eat?
Antipasto refers to a traditional Italian appetizer that typically consists of cured meats, such as salami, prosciutto, and mortadella, cheeses, olives, marinated vegetables, and bread. Antipasto platters may also include seafood, such as anchovies or shrimp, and various dips or spreads. It is served before the main course as a way to stimulate the appetite and is often enjoyed alongside a glass of wine.
