How Do You Know When A Burger Is Well Done?
A burger is considered “well done” when the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). You may use a meat thermometer to check the temperature of the burger by inserting it into the thickest part of the patty without touching the bone if there is one. Additionally, the meat should not be pink or translucent, but rather brown and fully cooked through. The juices should run clear, not red or pink.
