What Is The Difference Between Lamb Chops And Lamb Loin Chops?
Lamb chops are obtained from the ribs and are meatier and larger than lamb loin chops. On the other hand, lamb loin chops are taken from the waist of the lamb and have a small bone with a piece of tender, lean meat on either side. Lamb loin chops are more tender, milder in flavor, leaner, and have a smaller portion compared to lamb chops.
