To use a cast iron skillet for fajitas, heat the skillet over high heat until it’s very hot. Add oil to the skillet and then add sliced onions and bell peppers, stirring occasionally until they’re slightly charred. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add sliced steak to the empty side, cooking until browned on both sides. Mix the vegetables and steak together and serve in the hot skillet with tortillas, guacamole, salsa, and other toppings as desired.
