How Do I Know If My Baby Chick Is Dying?
There are a few signs to look out for to determine if a baby chick is dying. If the chick is lethargic, not moving or responding, has trouble breathing, has drooping wings, isn’t eating or drinking, or has diarrhea, it may be a sign of illness or distress. Additionally, if the chick is huddled on its own and not seeking warmth from others, it may be a sign that it is weak or unwell. If you notice any of these symptoms, it is best to seek veterinary care as soon as possible.
