How Do Restaurants Plate Enchiladas?
Enchiladas are usually plated by placing the tortillas on a plate, stuffed with filling, and rolled. Then, a generous amount of sauce is added on top of the enchiladas and garnished with cheese, chopped cilantro, and diced onions. Some restaurants may add sour cream or guacamole on the side as well. Enchiladas are served hot and can be accompanied by rice and beans.
