Who Came Up With Chocolate Mousse?
The origins of chocolate mousse are unclear, but it is believed to have been first created in France sometime in the late 19th or early 20th century. Some sources credit French chef, Charles Ranhofer, with its invention, while others claim it was the work of famous French chef, Auguste Escoffier.
