How Is Pork Pate Made?
Pork pate is made by blending cooked pork liver, ground pork, onions, garlic, seasonings, and sometimes other ingredients like brandy or cognac. The mixture is then packed into a terrine or other mold and baked in the oven until cooked through. Once cooled, the pate is chilled in the refrigerator until set and ready to serve. It can be enjoyed as a spread on crackers or bread, or as a part of a charcuterie board.
