What Is Chiles National Dish?
Chile’s national dish is the Chilean empanada. It is a pastry filled with different ingredients such as meat, cheese, seafood, or vegetables. It is usually fried and served as a snack or a main dish accompanied by pebre, a Chilean salsa made with tomato, onion, chili pepper, and coriander.
