What Kind Of Beer Do You Use For Sake Bombs?
Traditionally, Sake bombs are made with hot sake and a light lager beer such as Sapporo or Kirin. The beer is usually poured into a small glass or cup, and then balanced on top of chopsticks held over a larger glass or cup filled with the hot sake. When the table slams their fists on the table, the chopsticks give way and the shot glass falls into the sake creating the iconic Sake bomb. However, some people may prefer to use different types of beer or even different types of sake to suit their taste buds.
