What Are The Different Types Of Cardboard?
There are several different types of cardboard used for packaging and other applications. These include corrugated cardboard, which consists of multiple layers of flat paper and a wavy middle layer for added strength; paperboard, which is a thinner and more flexible version of cardboard often used for items like cereal boxes and file folders; and chipboard, which is made from recycled paper fibers and used for items like backing boards for notepads and writing tablets. Other types include double-wall corrugated cardboard and triple-wall corrugated cardboard, which are thicker and stronger than standard corrugated cardboard.
