Is Pinot Noir Supposed To Be Chilled?
Pinot Noir is not usually supposed to be chilled as serving it at too low of a temperature can mute some of the nuanced flavors and aromas of the wine. However, serving it slightly chilled, around 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit, can enhance the acidity and make it more refreshing, particularly during the summer months. It ultimately depends on personal preference, but it is generally recommended to serve Pinot Noir at room temperature or only slightly chilled.
