Why Does My Cauliflower Cheese Go Watery?
Cauliflower cheese can often become watery if the dish is overcooked or left sitting out for too long. When cooking the cauliflower, be sure to not overcook it, as the excess water will seep out and result in a watery cheese sauce. Additionally, when adding the cheese sauce, make sure it is warm to prevent the cauliflower from releasing any additional water. Lastly, serve the dish immediately after cooking to prevent any excess water from building up in the dish.
