How Do You Make Dehydrated Beans?
To make dehydrated beans, first, rinse and sort the beans. Then, soak them in water for 6-8 hours or overnight. Drain the water and spread the beans in a single layer on dehydrator trays. Set the temperature to 125-135°F (52-57°C) and dehydrate for 8-12 hours, or until the beans are hard and crunchy. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. To rehydrate, soak the beans in water for a few hours before cooking.
