How Do They Make Lindor Truffles?
Lindor truffles are made by combining a smooth filling of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate ganache with other ingredients such as vanilla, vegetable oil, butter, and heavy cream. The mixture is then heated and stirred until it becomes a smooth, creamy mixture. The ganache is then shaped into small balls which are coated with a thin layer of chocolate and, the chocolate shell is then smoothed and polished to create the signature smooth, silky truffle coating.
