How Do You Fry Chicken?
To fry chicken, first prepare a seasoned flour mixture by mixing flour with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices. Dip each piece of chicken in beaten egg, then coat it in the seasoned flour mixture. Heat a few inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat, and carefully place the chicken in the oil once it’s hot. Fry the chicken for about 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the outside is crispy and brown and the inside is cooked through. Drain the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
