What Temperature Should Bread Pudding Be?
Bread pudding should be baked at a temperature of 350°F (175°C) in a preheated oven until the center of the pudding is set and the top is golden brown and crisp. The internal temperature of the pudding should be around 170°F (77°C) when it is fully cooked, which can be checked with a kitchen thermometer.
