To use Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust, remove it from the package and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Unroll the crust and place it into a pie dish, pressing it down gently to remove any air pockets. Fill the crust with your desired filling and then either add a top crust or leave it open-faced. Bake according to the recipe instructions. Pillsbury pie crusts can also be used for making tart shells or cut into circles for mini pies.
