How Do You Saute Chicken Breast?
To sauté chicken breast, start by heating a pan over medium-high heat and adding oil or butter to the pan. Pound the chicken breasts with a mallet to even them out and season them with salt, pepper and any other desired spices. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
