To cut jalapeno poppers, start by washing the jalapenos thoroughly with water. Then, slice off the stem and cut the jalapeno in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to remove the seeds and membrane from the inside of the jalapeno halves. Rinse the jalapeno halves again, and they are ready to be filled with your desired filling such as cream cheese and bacon bits before baking or frying. Once cooked, remove from the heat and slice the jalapeno poppers into bite-size pieces before serving.
