How Do You Keep Cilantro Fresh In The Fridge?
To keep cilantro fresh in the fridge, first cut about an inch off the stems and place the bunch in a glass jar with water covering the stems. Cover the jar loosely with a plastic or paper bag and store it in the fridge. Change the water every other day or as needed and trim the stems while doing so. Alternatively, wrap the cilantro loosely in a damp paper towel and store it in a plastic bag in the crisper. This method also requires changing the paper towel and the bag every two to three days.
