How Do I Get My Bartending License In New Mexico?
To get a bartending license in New Mexico, you must first enroll in a state-approved alcohol server training program. This program must be at least three hours long and cover topics such as identification of fake IDs, laws regarding serving alcohol to minors, and prevention of drunk driving. Once you complete the training program, you must pass an examination that tests your knowledge of the materials covered in the course. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will receive a certificate that qualifies you for a bartending license from the New Mexico Alcohol and Gaming Division.
