How Do You Store Lobster Tails?
Fresh lobster tails should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature between 32°F and 40°F, preferably wrapped in damp paper towels or a damp cloth. Keep them in a container or sealed plastic bag to prevent any moisture loss. If you won’t be using them within two days, it’s best to freeze them. Wrap each tail individually in plastic wrap and store them in an airtight container or freezer bag. They will keep for up to 6 months in the freezer.
