How Do You Store Fresh Baked Banana Bread?
Freshly baked banana bread should be allowed to cool completely before storing. Once cooled, wrap the banana bread tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and keep it in an airtight container. Alternatively, you can also store it in a ziplock bag. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week and in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw frozen banana bread in the refrigerator before consuming.
