Why Do Deep Fryers Explode?
Deep fryers can explode due to various reasons such as overheating, overfilling the oil, presence of water or ice in the fryer, and excess oil spillage. The combination of high temperature and oil vapor in the fryer can create an explosive situation if the conditions are not controlled properly, particularly if the fryer is not maintained and cleaned regularly. Additionally, sudden movements or impact on the fryer can also cause it to tip over and spill hot oil, leading to a potential explosion.
