What Happens If You Freeze Biscuits?
When biscuits are frozen, the moisture inside them turns to ice crystals, which can cause them to become tougher and less fluffy once they are thawed. Condition of the biscuits will depend largely on whether they were baked first before freezing. If they are baked and immediately frozen, then they are likely to stay fresh and tasty for up to six months. However, if they were not baked before freezing, then the dough may lose some of its quality and the biscuits may not rise as well when they are baked later on.
