How Do You Cook Flip Steak?
To cook flip steak, first, preheat a grill or a non-stick pan on a medium-high flame. Season the steak with salt and pepper or any other seasoning of your preference. Once the grill or pan is heated, place the steak on it and let it cook for 4-6 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the steak for medium-rare. Before flipping it over, make sure that the steak is easily detachable from the surface. Flip it over with the help of tongs and cook the other side. Once done, remove it from the heat, let it rest for a few minutes, and slice it before serving.
