How Do You Bake Jamie Oliver Cod?
To bake Jamie Oliver cod, preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a baking tray. Slice some lemon and place them on top of the fish. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Serve with your choice of sides and garnish with fresh herbs and more lemon if desired.
