How Do You Freeze Persimmons?
To freeze persimmons, rinse and dry them thoroughly. Then peel the fruit and remove the seeds. Cut the persimmons into desired sizes and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Freeze the fruit for at least three hours or until they are solid. Once frozen, transfer the persimmons to a resealable freezer bag or an airtight container, label the container with the date, and store in the freezer for up to six months.
