How Do You Grill A Tender Steak?
To grill a tender steak, remove the steak from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling. Preheat the grill to high heat. Rub the steak with a high-heat oil and season it generously with salt and pepper. Place it on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for a medium-rare steak. Use a meat thermometer to check if the internal temperature has reached 135°F to 140°F. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
