How Do You Make Martha Stewart Fondue?
To make Martha Stewart’s fondue, you begin by rubbing a cut garlic clove around the inside of a medium saucepan, then heating white wine over medium heat until steaming. Add grated Gruyere and Emmental cheese to the wine mixture in batches, stirring until each batch is melted and fully incorporated. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and nutmeg to the pot. Serve immediately with cubed bread, cooked potatoes, and/or vegetables for dipping. Enjoy!
