How Do You Grill Fish On A Cedar Plank?
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least an hour prior to grilling. Preheat your grill to around 400°F. Place the soaked plank on the grill grates and let it heat up for a few minutes. Place the seasoned fish fillet on top of the plank and close the lid. Grill the fish for 10-15 minutes or until it is cooked through. The plank will infuse the fish with a smoky, woodsy flavor and prevent it from sticking to the grill grates. Serve immediately.
