Can I Freeze Homemade Vegetable Stock?
Yes, you can freeze homemade vegetable stock. Allow the stock to cool completely before transferring it to a freezer-safe container. Leave some space at the top of the container as the stock will expand while freezing. Label the container with the date and freeze for up to 3 months. When you’re ready to use the stock, thaw it in the fridge overnight or in a bowl of cold water before using it as per your recipe.
