Why Is My Artichoke Dip Greasy?
Artichoke dip can become greasy if there is too much oil or fat in the recipe, or if the artichoke hearts used are marinated in oil. To avoid this, try using Greek yogurt or a light cream cheese in place of heavy cream or mayonnaise, and use freshly steamed or canned artichokes instead of marinated artichoke hearts. Additionally, make sure to drain any excess liquid from the artichokes before adding them to the recipe.
