How Do You Freeze Fresh Bok Choy?
To freeze fresh bok choy, first wash and dry it thoroughly. Then, chop the bok choy into pieces of desired size. Blanch the chopped bok choy in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, and then transfer it to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process. Drain the bok choy well and place it in an airtight container or freezer bag. Label the container with the date of freezing and store it in the freezer. The frozen bok choy can be stored for up to six months.
