How Does Dryer Sheet Work?
Dryer sheets work by releasing a small amount of fabric softener onto the surface of clothes during the drying cycle. This softener helps to reduce static cling and makes clothes feel softer and smoother. Dryer sheets also contain a lubricant that helps to reduce wrinkles and prevent clothes from sticking together in the dryer. As clothes tumble in the dryer, the dryer sheet rubs against the fabric, releasing the softeners and lubricants onto the fabric.
